Richard is a digital leader with 20 years experience of insight, data, and analytics. Reporting into the Chief Digital and Information Officer – responsible for the Data, Enterprise and Solution Architecture functions.

Currently leading a large-scale Data transformation programme to ensure our organisation becomes insight-driven.

Responsible for defining and delivery of the data strategy, leadership of the core data functions (DataOps, Data Engineering, Data Science), wider data and analytics community of practice and the technical leadership of agile data delivery programmes.
